What are your lunch hours?

We are excited to offer take-out lunch from 11am to 5pm, Wednesday through Sunday, so be sure to explore our lunch menu for the latest delicious selections or check out our Facebook Page for the special burger of the week.

Do you offer dinner take-out?

Absolutely! We don’t offer take-out via the website so call the restaurant to place your order. Please note that items from the lunch menu are unavailable for dinner takeout. Although we value your takeout order, our priority is to provide timely service for our dine-in guests. As a result, dinner takeout times may vary when the house is busy.

Can I bring my own bottle of wine?

Yes, a fee of $35 will be applied for each 750ml bottle, with a maximum of two bottles allowed per party. You may bring wine from our menu as long as the vintages do not match. Please note that the limit is two bottles per party.

Walk-Ins

We are pleased to accommodate walk-ins based on dining room availability, though we cannot guarantee seating without a reservation. To ensure you have a place at Altura Bistro, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. For any last-minute reservations, please reach out to us directly.

How many people can I include in my reservation?

For groups of six or more, a credit card hold is necessary. Our team will reach out to confirm and secure your reservation for five or more guests. You have a four-hour window before your reservation to modify or cancel your party size. Please note that if your party size decreases or if you cancel within this four-hour period, a charge of twenty-five dollars per person will be applied to the credit card on file. An automatic gratuity of eighteen percent will be included for all parties of six or more. For groups of up to twelve, we kindly ask that you contact the restaurant to check availability.

Are there special times that we can reserve for private parties or events?

Yes, we are delighted to host private events on Mondays and Tuesdays, as we believe these days provide a perfect opportunity for an intimate gathering. For events on other days of the week, we kindly ask you to reach out to us for further details and availability, ensuring that we can accommodate your specific needs and help make your occasion memorable.

Can we bring a celebratory cake or dessert for a special occasion?

Yes! Of course! We love a good cupcake! Note there is a $5 per person plating fee for this.
